Life Getting In The Way

Isn't it funny how you have all of these plans for the things you want to do, fun you want to have and somehow everyday life seems to get in the way. It seems I have been blogging everyday, but this the first time since Aug 5, that I have actually put something down. Let me catch you up on how busy my life has been, my son who should be a senior in college, but he is actually a jr/sr decided he wanted to stay home and go to one of the many wonderful colleges in the Houston area. (Think of all the money I could have saved those other 3 years.) So we have been transferring, enrolling, and registering all over again. And I am still short 2 people in my department so as the manager I am picking up most of the extra work. I thought I had a match for one of the positions but it didn't work out so we are back to square one.

On the bright side I have gotton a little sewing done
